GEAR UP Team The Monroe GEAR UP Team meets once per month at Monroe High School conference room to discuss and evaluate program operations, student progress, and program goals. The team includes:

Community Advisory Committee
The community advisory committee meets once a quarter to provide guidance and build community acceptance and support for the GEAR UP Scholars Project. The committee is made up of local community members, business leaders, and educators, including:
